Calendar activities

The Calendar is a special folder where you and your coworkers can schedule and track events. You can use the calendar to publicize the date and time of events and post information on a particular meeting or event.

When you create a place, IBM® Lotus® Quickr automatically creates a Calendar folder. If you do not want a place to include a calendar, you can hide the calendar by disabling the option under Customize > Basics. If you later decide you want that place to have a calendar, you can redisplay from the same location.

Activity Description
View the Calendar You can view the calendar in different formats by clicking one of the four icons at the top of the calendar. You can broaden or narrow the scope of a calendar to show more or less calendar information. You can display two days' worth of information at a time, a week's worth of information, two week's worth of information, or one month's worth of information.
Move backward or forward through the calendar To move forward in the calendar, click the right arrow at the top of the calendar. If your view of the calendar shows two days at a time, clicking the right arrow moves the next two days into view. If your view of the calendar shows a week at a time, clicking the right arrow moves the next week into view, and so on. To move back in the calendar, click the left arrow at the top of the calendar.
