The Calendar is a special folder where you and your
coworkers can schedule and track events. You can use the calendar to publicize
the date and time of events and post information on a particular meeting or
event.
When you create a place, IBM® Lotus® Quickr automatically
creates a Calendar folder. If you do not want a place to include a calendar,
you can hide the calendar by disabling the option under Customize
> Basics. If you later decide you want that place
to have a calendar, you can redisplay from the same location.

| View the Calendar |
You can view the calendar in different formats by clicking
one of the four icons at the top of the calendar. You can broaden or narrow the
scope of a calendar to show more or less calendar information. You can display
two days' worth of information at a time, a week's worth of information, two
week's worth of information, or one month's worth of information. |
| Move backward or forward through the calendar |
To move forward in the calendar, click the right arrow
at the top of the calendar. If your view of the calendar shows two days at
a time, clicking the right arrow moves the next two days into view. If your
view of the calendar shows a week at a time, clicking the right arrow moves
the next week into view, and so on. To move back in the calendar, click the
left arrow at the top of the calendar. |
