If you are a manager or a superuser of a place, you
can customize its basic features.
You can choose one of several design themes (Lotus Quickr,
Lotus Quickr with classic navigation, or QuickPlace Classic) for a place and
alter one or more individual elements to customize the theme to your liking.
There are a number of place and room elements you can change:
- Change the basic features of a place such as the order of items in the
table of contents, the place logo, and which features to display and hide.
- Choose a different theme for the way your place or room looks or design
a new theme.
- Create custom forms that pertain directly to the place or room for use
by members.
- Designate a place as a template for future places as a PlaceType, and
which of its features to include in future places based on it.
- Specify PlaceBots to perform scheduled tasks or start to run when a form
is submitted.
Click Customize > Basics to begin customizing your
place.
