A form includes one or more areas where an author must
enter specific types of information. A post set up as an order form, for example,
might include areas where the author (the customer, in this case) enters name,
address, and phone number, and specifies the product the author wants to buy.
There are several types of forms; see the table below for form types and
descriptions.
