IBM® Lotus® Quickr is a self-service Web
tool for team collaboration. Lotus Quickr enables
the publishing, sharing, and tracking of all information relevant to a project
with team members. Teams can use Lotus Quickr to
store resources (such as files, thoughts, and schedules) related to a project
in a common place, where everyone can find and respond to the latest information.

with team members in places, store content in libraries, foster team collaboration
across organizations and time zones,
The following guide is intended for Lotus Quickr users
and describes the features and functionality available in Lotus Lotus
Quickr.
There are number of place types you can create:
- The Standard type provides Collaboration, Index, Discussion, and Members
folders
- Blog provides capability for place members to share ideas and updates.
- Wiki enables authors to collaboratively create new content and solicit
feedback, and track revision history. It is usable as is, or you can add Wiki
features to your existing places - for instance, in a room.
